We sold about $100. worth of product before we even left Wells. The Pastor and another family spent their money with us! That's a nice way to start the day.
We were on the road by 8:00. We got to Vegas about 4:30. Our sale was scheduled for 5 - 7:00. Customers were waiting before we could get the trailer open.
We had a real TV Star at our sale, Buck Weaver of the "Buckaroo 500" series in the 1960's. He is quite a guy and had lots of stories to tell. He gave me one of his books.
By 7:30 we had finished cashing up and securing the books for travel. Then a group of people came to the door and wanted to shop. One bought food and the others said they would come to our sale Sunday.
This has been a 12 hour day, then we went looking for food and a motel. The food was horrible and the room is great.
It's really warm here. Everyone is saying that by the weekend, it will be 107. I hope they're wrong.
