March 21 Rapid City, SD

We had a great sale in Pierre. It was suppose to be one and a half hours long. It lasted almost three hours.

On our way to our next sale, we stopped at the Badlands National Park. It's only about five miles off the highway. We actually only went as far as the Visitor Center, since we've been there before and the road wasn't in good repair. But I did take a few pictures to share for those who have never been there.

My first impression was that it's about as opposite of the Grand Canyon as you can get. All the erosion was above ground, instead of looking down on it. And what we saw today was not pretty. It just looked like dirt! I know some of it actually is pretty, but not what we saw today.

Our second sale was in Rapid City. That was another good sale, with great people. We ran into one of the couples at the restaurant later where we had supper.
