October 3 Pueblo, CO

We stayed with Jan and Anna until about noon. They made a wonderful breakfast for us, scrambled tofu, potato tots and lots of fruit. We had such a wonderful time with them this weekend.

Then to top off an already super weekend, Naomi Slape came to our Pueblo sale. She's been bringing supper every time we come. Tonight she brought us homemade vegetable soup (still warm), homemade bread and pluck bread, crackers, jam, homemade apple sauce, apples, pears, lemonade, cookies and fruit bars. We will be eating all week on all this! Naomi just turned 90 this summer. I do wish I would have taken a picture of her to share with you.

Another schoolmate is the pastor of the Pueblo Church, Wayne Nazarenus ('66). We enjoyed our visit with him too.
