We found Billie Peckham at Church, so she invited us to their home for lunch. her husband, Dan isn't able to be out and about much. They were teachers at Enterprise Academy around '59 - '61. They are wonderful people, we had a fantastic afternoon. If it wasn't for all these friends on the way, the trip would be long and so much harder.
We had a surprise tonight at the motel. We are parked by the side of the motel. You really can't miss seeing the truck, unless you're blind. Around 8:30 or 9:00, Pastor Joe and Sherry Watts, and their daughter just happened to be letting someone off at this motel. They saw the truck and came over to check it out. So we had a nice visit with them. Not only did we go to school with them, Joe baptised both of my sons at Broken Arrow Ranch in Kansas. He also preformed the wedding ceremony for Jim's daughter, Kara and Edward. Besides that, we like them! With the truck, you just can't hide from anyone! And I think that's a good thing!
