Part two of what seemed like the same day. Mainly Jim had to load the truck. The trailer is FULL, so is the truck and even the outside compartments. All this is for the next 6 sales, then we do it all over again.
Pueblo is one of my favorite towns to come to. Naomi Slape is always the first person here and she always brings us supper. Tonight she brought us pizza, home made bread, pluck bread, jam, peaches, fresh fruit, juice and prunes. That will keep us going for several days. (pun intended)
The pastor is a school mate from Enterprise. Wayne was in my brother's class.
And a sweet young lady came in tonight and introduced herself. She went to school with my daughter-in-law. In fact they just got together a couple weeks ago. How special to have met her.
One of the first people on the truck commented on how great it was to see our truck so fully stocked. Several people comment that we are better stocked than some of the regular stores, like Denver. It makes our efforts seem more worthwhile. And so many people thank us for coming. They appreciate not having to drive to Denver to shop.
