Faster, faster, faster!!! How much faster can we go?
From Cheyenne we drove to a Freight liner Dealer just south of Loveland, CO. We've left the truck there before. They're suppose to service the truck while we're gone, including fixing the brake.
Then we hurried on to Denver to pick up our rental car. The car was at their 'other' store, so they had to bring it over. Then they had to wash and clean it.
Then we went to the Denver ABC to unload the big freezer off the Penske truck. Next we took the truck back. Nothing is fast.
We stopped at Ruby Tuesday's for lunch, knowing that would likely be our last meal today (and it was).
Then we started our trip to Enterprise, Kansas, for our alumni Weekend. It's a long trip but we think it's worth it. But we only got as far as Hays. The time change was against us too.
So starting noon tomorrow, we're set to start enjoying our schoolmates and family. My children and grandchildren are coming from KC to see us too. I'm very excited to see them.
